Having fun with Arduino

Side project: built an automatic candle snuffer using Arduino-based circuitry as a response to an everyday problem my roommate leaving candles unattended. A temperature-sensing system monitors heat in real time and, when a threshold is reached, automatically extinguishes the flame applying UX thinking to create a safer, more responsive everyday object at the intersection of design and technology.
